Sentient is a PowerPoint-native AI copilot designed to help teams create executive presentations faster. The idea emerged from conversations between my co-founder and me about our years at BCG and a simple question: could AI meaningfully improve how presentations are created?

This project combines listings with parcel, terrain, soil, and environmental data to help evaluate properties. The idea emerged after I became curious about buying land to build a cabin and was surprised by how much of the relevant information remained scattered across disconnected websites and public databases.
